The chemtech division at trade fairs
Direct interaction with customers, partner companies, and suppliers is a top priority for the chemtech division. In 2026/27, the chemtech team will therefore be attending several trade fairs: from the European Technical Coatings Congress in Prague, to the European Coatings Show in Nuremberg. Another key event is the Technology Day in Switzerland.
European Technical Coatings Congress (ETCC)
The series kicks off with the European Technical Coatings Congress (ETCC) in Prague, from 30 June to 2 July 2026. The congress will focus on current developments in coating technology – in particular, sustainable materials, new raw materials and additives, digital production processes, and innovative applications and testing methods.

Technology Day
On October 21, 2026, the Technology Day of the Swiss Association of Paint and Colour Chemists in Suhr is on the agenda. The SVLCF sees itself as a forum for Swiss paint and varnish technicians, with the aim of maintaining, developing and applying technology within the industry and related fields at a high and competitive standard.

HungaroCoat
From November 24 to 25, 2026, ACAT chemtech will be represented at the HungaroCoat international trade fair in Budapest. The event is one of the key gatherings for the European paint and coatings industry, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, and research institutions. The focus will be on the latest developments in raw materials, additives, production processes, and sustainable solutions for the coatings sector.
