PPU – Fully automatic powder polymer processing

The PPU processes powdered polymers in individual batches. Its specialised JetWet technology ensures complete wetting of the polymer particles and optimal dissolution. An integrated disperser prevents lumps from forming. The dosage is controlled according to both quantity and volume. This ensures a consistent solution concentration. Thanks to batch operation, the optimum maturation time can be set individually for each polymer.
