Our story: Seven decades of experience
In 1947, Erland O. Bjöörn laid the foundation for our family business. For more than seven decades, we have been continuously evolving – with a clear vision of the future and strong roots.
A key milestone was the founding of Applied Chemicals International AG in 1994. At the same time, the structure that still underpins our business today was established: our divisions airtech, chemtech, papertech and watertech.
Today, our company is 100 per cent family-owned and is run by the third generation.
Together with our dedicated employees, we have consistently expanded our market position, entered new markets and continue to develop innovative solutions for our customers.
